It is a medical fact that a person begin to lose their balance after age of 30 without any apparent symptoms. As people continue to age, they lose their strength, there is a likelihood of fall taking place.
Our Chapter and trainers will be imparting the exercises so to help in regaining your balance. Over a period of time, you will be able to see improvement.
As you regained your stability, we will proceed to impart the exercises that you could use to strengthen your legs. We will assist you every step of the way so that you have results.
We will also teach you some techniques on how to condition yourself and in the event of a fall, you can break a fall with minimal injury to your body.
Q1. I am 40 years old and my father is 65 years old, at what age do you think we should be a member of OMLALAH?
A1. Omlalah membership is open to public of all ages, the 4 parts are awareness, balance, strength and falls. One can be a member at a very young age being aware of this phenomena and almost immediately build up balance, strength and train for the day when a fall may occur.

A2. You can build up your balance within your home by learning and practising the exercises listed in our videos.
